Filomena Humphries
Treasurer
Filomena initially joined Outrun as a Dog Foster Mom in the Spring of 2020.
After fostering several dogs, she became more involved with the rescue team itself and in May of 2021 became the Treasurer.
Giving back to the community is very important to Filomena. She is also an Executive Board member of My Sister’s Place, a local women and children’s shelter.
